Meet The Founders
Rob Saltrese
Founder
Rob is the hyper connector bringing people and communities together. He is serial entrepreneur, having started and run his own businesses for 20 years.
He is the founder of Scale-Up Advisors, a boutique executive search consultancy specialised in helping SaaS founders hire leading experts into their organisations. Previously, he founded a technology focused talent consultancy leading to a successful exit.He also runs an exclusive AI community for knowledge sharing between members.
Nicolas Fortineau
Founder
Nicolas is the growth orchestrator. He is the founder of Polaris Lab, a boutique management consultancy specialised in Product and Commercial strategies for technology start-ups.
Previously, he held various Product and Marketing executive roles in the technology and telco space in both Fortune 500 and scaleup. He is also a Board Member at a tech startup, investor and advises many SaaS technology companies. He brings a unique expertise in developing effective strategies and driving commercial success for SaaS companies leveraging innovation.
